Chipping Away

On the second and third floors, the plaster has been removed to reveal nothing but bricks, mortar, and wood. Three windows, three piles of rubble. Where will people make calls when the phone booths are gone? Future manny pad. The process continues on the first floor. Until next time…

Post Demolition

The general cleanup has ended and demolition has begun. Above: Non-weight-bearing walls are being removed on the first floor. Below: When the walls are gone, the curved corners will go, too. So will the shoe repair gear.
